Implemented 12Z 02 March 1998:

NESDIS high-density satellite winds of the types IR cloud-drift,
water vapor imager cloud top and new-format low-density picture
triplet winds all switched on for processing and assimilation by
Global and CDAS SSI.

NESDIS conventional low-density satellite winds of the type IR
cloud-drift (including picture triplet from old-format processing)
are no longer processed or assimilated.
