NCEP Operational North American Mesoscale (NAM) model forecast

NOTE: Unless labelled otherwise, all displayed winds are in knots, all displayed heights are in meters.

GRIB files from the operational NAM forecast can be found on the NCEP ftp server or at the NWS Gateway server. Descriptions of some of these output files can be found at the NAM Output Grid Domains page.

BUFR hourly forecast sounding files (broken out by station) from the operational NAM forecast can be found on the NWS Gateway server
