Summary: SV calculations from ECMWF and Meteo-France showed sensitive
areas in the Western Atlantic although further west (over land areas) in
the NCEP and Met Office calculations. 

Selected target area: west of 60W and north of 28N, plus Gulf of Mexico
if possible

48-hr warning for G-IV flight from St.John's to 35N 68W then to Tampa.

48-hr warning for Citation flight from Bangor south towards the
sensitive area.

48-hr warning for Bermuda radiosonde.

AMDARs within the target area.

Rapid scan winds from Goes centred on 35N 68W.
