Outlook: Deep low over the central Atlantic with high pressure building
over Europe giving quiet weather over European regions through to
midweek Nov 5th. then small but increasing risk secondary lows on the
forward side of the main trough bringing strong winds further east into
northwest Europe. High pressure is
also prevalent across the eastern seaboard until near end of period.

cancelled on basis of no new cases. Sunday conferences also cancelled
UNLESS a notice is posted on the ECMWF ftp site by 1600UTC Saturday.
This notice will also be sent by e-mail to all who receive this message. 

An area centred on 55N 08W and a verification time of Wednesday 5th at
12UTC will be used for the ECMWF Hessian and moist adjoint calculations
today and the same area but with a verfication time of Thursday 6th 
will be usedfor the calculations on Saturday and Sunday, but it is not
propsed to discuss the results until Monday, unless a cofernece is
called on Sunday.
